Most of the people feel frustrated as they reach at work every morning.This frustration is due to lack of energy, and it will effect your performance.Having a healthy life is important.If you want to remain energized each day and move towards achieving your goal, your body and mind need to stay coordinated.To keep energized throughout the day, one can follow these simple suggestions.

1) Drink a lot of water daily

Water is the main component of human body.It regulates your body temperature and lubricates your joints.Drinking water not only keeps you hydrated but also energized.It helps transport nutrients to give you energy.If you are not properly hydrated, your body feels muscle cramps, fatigue.Experts recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water each day to maintain good health.

 2)Take healthy breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.It provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast.It controls the  high blood pressure, heart diseases,diabetes etc.It is a good source of important nutrients such as calcium, iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fiber.Nutritionists advise Breakfast should be eaten within two hours of waking.

3)Do exercise and Meditation regularly

Exercise and Meditation offer significant benefits. It helps reduce stress and anxiety, which can lower heart rate and blood pressure.Doing daily exercise and meditation increases energy, Self – Esteem, Mental focus.The purpose of meditation is to let go of your  thoughts that you go through daily like your fears, desires,etc., and experience stillness so that you can have a glimpse of your soul.

4)Get adequate sleep

Sleep helps in repair of your body.It plays an important role to maintain both physical health. Sleep deficiency is linked to an increased risk of heart disease,  high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.Adequate sleep is must for healthy life style and can benefit your heart,mind,weight and more.

5)Avoid overeating and junk food
 
Overeating is bad for your health as it can cause you to be sluggish and tired.Try to avoid too much of carbohydrates and fats and focus on fruit and vegetable.Junk food increases level of hydrogenated fats.It has low nutritional value.So avoid to eat it if you want to remain energetic whole day.

6)Take small breaks every hour

Taking small breaks at work every hour can make you happier, focused and productive.Give your eyes a break by seeing distant object .Alternate your tasks so that various muscle groups work equally and effectively.Stretch your feet and give massage to your feet so that you feel relax.Try to perform some stretching exercise on your desk.
